Blood Test Return Policy

1. Right to Return within 14 Days of Delivery

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to return your food sensitivity/ intolerance test kit. You have the right to return the kit within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The intolerance test kit must be in its original, unopened packaging and unused.
  • The kit must not be tampered with or altered in any way.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

If the test kit has been sent out and delivered, you will receive a partial refund.

2. Exceptions

Once you have opened the intolerance test kit or attempted the blood sampling process, we cannot accept returns due to the nature of the product and potential health and safety concerns.
